my sister didnt kill herself but probably hates me for calling the police and i have an exam today that instead of studying for i sang britney spears and had to take care of everyone because my sister said she was going to kill herself. im not sure how much i care any more about this exam tbh.

Exactly. I get angry as much as everyone else, I just keep it to myself. If someone does flame at me, I'll usually just be a bit sarcastic in return and then, you know get over it. The sad thing is, it often feels like being the only positive presence in a game is a lot of work, but it only takes one or two people being talkative in a positive way, and everyone else being quiet, and it feels like a really positive environment - only takes one person raging and the rest being quiet and it quickly feels really negative. Which honestly is most of why I dont play ranked, I've got like a thousand wins down in normals and I THINK I could get to gold (currently silver after placement) but I just dont have the willpower to try and climb when people are that rude. I wont claim some kinda 'elo hell' deal but Community Hell kinda has a ring to it.
