Re: the Spanish show Velvet Colleccion, am I the only one who liked Clara and Sergio together? Look I admit I didn’t watch Velvet, I tried for several eps but it just bored me, and I started VC and liked it much more...until the ending lmao

I know Ana and Alberto are the main love story on the show but can we just take a moment to appreciate Alberto and Mateo’s relationship? 

The show did a great job of writing that storyline where their friendship doesn’t judge but is just honest and supportive even when they disagree. I loved seeing a male relationship be so open and honest and funny. That is something that I hardly see in television in the US. 

I was disappointed however with season four because we didn’t get to see Alberto and Mateo actually see each other and have that conversation after everyone thought Alberto was dead for five years. All we saw was Mateo opening a door and going in. The show gave us such good scenes with these two including strip teases that I feel like it was a huge disservice to write out what the meeting would have been like.
