OMG Anon, I love this! But the problem I've been having is when I try to make it a story, it doesn't work so well because I can never figure out which wife should be the main reader insert so I'm just gonna talk about it with you. Hope that's cool, I've seen other writers on here do this so I hope it's okay!
So, I don't know if you saw but I've written a Yandere!Baelor work with a YSW so we're gonna pretend that Valarr and his wife and Baelor and his wife from that fic exist in the same world, okay? Bare with me.
So, Ashford reader (Valarr's wife) is super smart with regards to books and she's observant too so she's aware that Valarr loves her an unhealthy amount and when Baelor marries Stark reader, she sees the same kind of thing in him so she reaches out to Stark reader because she wants to talk with her.
Stark reader on the other hand is also very smart—but more of someone attuned to power. She knows the effect she has on her husband and she delights in it, in the way he loves her and the power she has over him and by proxy the kingdom. But she's also noticed that Valarr treats his wife the same way as Baelor treats her so she accepts Ashford reader's invitation.
The two bond and speak of how their husbands act with each other, kind of trading stories and they end up valuing each other more than their ladies, preferring each other's company above all else.
And of COURSE, Baelor and Valarr are VERY cool with this because what danger will their wives get into when they're with each other and one of them can always watch over both of them? They're always protected by one of them. It works.
And the two of them TOTALLY notice this so I imagine one day, Ashford reader asked Stark reader if she was willing to test a hypothesis. Stark reader, of course, is totally cool with this and the two of them arranged to have tea—without telling their husbands. In fact, not telling their husbands is kind of the point,
I picture the two of them out in the garden, having tea and just waiting right, for their husbands explosions—which happen very soon after the small council meeting. They listen to their husbands destroying everything and I kinda picture that they're dialogue goes something like this:
"You were right. They've lost it." (Stark reader)
"I am very rarely wrong and certainly not of my husband. It's not the first time he's done this after all." (Ashford reader)
"Do you realize the power we have? Do you realize that we could destroy the kingdom with a single whisper?" (Stark)
"More to the point, we can destroy them. Without us...they self-destruct. Now, do we send for them now or let them explode a little more." (Ashford)
"You have the plans that make it look like they knew about this tea, yes?" (Stark to Ashford and Ashford nods). "Send for them now then."
And of course, they send a maid for their husbands right with a message of like "your lady wives have sent for you. they wonder if you have forgotten about your tea with them." Which has Baelor and Valarr totally scrambling to follow the maid and find their wives and when they do, they watch their wives clink teacups when they step out and then they stand and greet them of course. And Baelor and Valarr are both overjoyed at seeing their wives (if you catch my drift) and they ask to cut tea short which their wives agree too, fist-bumping each other before they go off with their husbands (I know it's not canon, but I just don't care. I love the idea of them just being like "yes, we're badass and our husbands are obsessed with us. Go us!"). And with their husbands it's a dot-dot-dot moment (Please tell me y'all understand the reference!)
I also think the two of them would totally fuck with their husbands for like the entirety of their marriages, having these "totally planned" moments. I think when they both have kids and Baelor and Valarr both use their sons as eyes on their wives it would be a little bit of difficulty but at the same time, I picture both of them going to their sons and being like "I birthed you. I carried you. I fed you. Don't tell your father that I'm fucking with him." and the kid just shrugging and going like "not getting involved." because it's totally above his pay grade.
I just think that both of these readers are super smart and KNOW something is going on, something odd and so they put it to the test and then just enjoy it by explaining it's practical jokes just without the other person ever knowing.

I don't love Esther, for the record. I think she's a fascinating character, and I like playing with characterization. I don't endorse anyone's actions in this TV show.
