She is the fourth daughter of Angira. She also represents the full-state of the moon and is also known as Purnima.

She is the sixth daughter of Agni-Angira. She is the patron of the 14th day of each lunar cycle and is also known as Poorna-maasi.

She is the fifth daughter of Agni-Angira. She is responsible for accepting all the sacrifices [havi] rendered unto the yajna fires.

She is noted in Mahabharata as the wife of Angira, and the mother of Vrihaspati, Bhanumati, Raaga, Sinibali, Archishmata, Havishmati, Mahishmati and Kuhu. She is also associated, through Angira, to Agni.

She is the seventh and youngest daughter of Agni-Angira. She is the personification of the 'brightness' of yajnas, and is always a part of such endeavours. She is wondrous to people who see her and is also known as Mahamati.
