Isaac, yes I loved the junky of the show. Look, whereas we want to admit it or not, season one revolves around a bunch of guys playing superhero whose superciliousness is alarming and in more than one occasion bordering in stupid. I mean they all think they are the most specials therefore they must save some cheerleader in order to save the world. Is kinda poetic in a losery way. They didn’t really give us a real reason about why they did the things they were planning on doing (following prophecies and comics doesn’t count) Isaac is the only one who gives us a down-to-earth reason that we can buy. Because he loves New York, the city that embraced him and the city in where he met Simone. Also, he beat Sylar is his own game, he left Hiro the clue about how to kill Sylar. So yeah if anyone should be named the hero of season one, that’s Isaac for me.

Sylar, if you take all the badassery and the sexyness and the evilness that is Sylar, what is left? A puppy? Please be a puppy. Yeah I think about that sometimes and while we all kind of love those qualities about Sylar, in the long run is the brokenness of his character what I treasure the most. Is not the ‘hell yeah!’ moments but the ‘d’aww’ ones that comes to mind first. Sylar is a pretty complex guy, has abandonment issues, mommy issues, wants to live forever yet is scared of dying alone, is clingy (yes he is), has an identity crisis pretty much in every arc of the series and yeah he IS a serial killer. He is probably the most layered character in the series and even at his worst he keeps luring you in.

Samuel, WTF two villains and a hero? SAMUEL IS NOT A VILLAIN! Okay I just wanted to clear that out. And yes I know I am the girl that chose Samuel as favorite villain once but I consider him more of an antagonist than a villain (in the strict sense of the word). In fact I think the only ones that can classify as villains are Danko and Arthur Petrelli but of course they were not as charismatic as Samuel. And yes, he had magnetism in tons (pun intended). I think what I loved most about him is that his motivations behind the whole ‘the more the merrier’ philosophy remained untold until mid season and once we knew the truth we discovered it wasn’t some big conspiracy to take over the world but he was just some guy whose heart had been broken. It kinda goes along with the motto of the whole season, behind all these powers they are just like everybody else.

Those are the top three but yeah close behind I have Micah (who I address as Peter!2 in my mind) Emma (who is my favorite female) Lyle (hey! I am all for being his only fan) and yeah I love pretty much all the characters with the exception of Mr Muggles

Well his nucleus power is Intuitive Aptitude but if you are talking about acquired power then, telekinesis from Brian Davis (also interesting fact about this is that, telekinesis is the only power that is actively coded in his DNA, this is why when he was injected by the Shanty virus the only power he managed to retain after taking the cure was telekinesis)
