Simon & -----
turn left.. turn right.. another turn left.. tilt back, forward.. a sigh is let out, simon frowning as he stares into the mirror for a moment. he didn't have problems with his appearance. he never had. he was confident, even if his features were softer than he had wanted when he first came to this pack. now, he didn't mind it. the softness reminded him of a certain alpha. his expressions reminded him of the pack alpha, and there were times that he could recognize a hellcreature in his mannerisms. they were all part of him at this point.
what wasn't part of them though, were these antlers. they had started itching a few weeks ago, and simon knew instantly what it was. he hated it. the blood and stripping and all was fine, but the itching. that was the worst part of it, and it always had him wanting to scratch the antlers on a tree, but he wouldn't. instead, he would sit here in front of the mirror, antlers on full view, towels on his lap and over his shoulders, as he peeled the velvet from them.
as a not quite ready piece is scratched at, simon winces, trying to twist his head in a way that let him see what he was doing, trying to not let his frustration show as much.
