In 716, yes, 1304 years ago, Koma no Jakkou who had been a member of royal family of Goguryeo, ancient Korea kingdom, used this road. He came to Japan in 666, as the representative of Goguryeo mission. During his staying in Japan, in 668, Goguryeo was defeated in the battle with Tang (China) and was destroyed.
