What is (or was) your mom like?
"My mom was really cool, she was an exotic animal vet, so I got to be around lots of different animals growing up. I don't think it was ever in her plans to have kids, looking back on it, but she made sure I never felt like a burden and I have a lot of good memories with her... She died when I was 12."

Efthe actually would be a great match for Anara because yes she’s patient, sweet and caring but she’s also not afraid to stand up and point out issues. Your depiction of Anara fr makes me wanna get my best comforting/stable and supportive OC over to help her and that’s Efthe.
She notices little details as well so if she saw Anara she’d definitely want to support her the best she could without infantising her and cater to her needs the best she can. Efthe works with Iska, Alkmini and Tari after 9.1 so there’s already a little support group there for everyone who got traumatised from the Mawsworn/Forsworn (though these three mainly suffer from a condition called Cyrixia), Anara can definitely join.
