So im mathing it, Holly meets her husband gets married and ends up having the twins in 1989 at 25 (assuming shes 13 when the nice guys movie takes place) and she and the kids take her husband's last name, Grace- Holly Grace has a nice ring to it anyways

Holland and Jackson help raise and dote on the twins as grandparents do, and Colt definitely takes after Holly with her recklessness and Holland's dramatic escapades and Jackson's ability to take a hit and roll right back up. But little Ryland has Holly's kindness, her sass, Holland's sharp mind and low self-esteem after a mistake, and Jackson determination and drive to do the right thing for the people you care about

They all grew up in LA, Colt ends up taking a stage name when he becomes a stuntman, using Seavers, Holly's mom's maiden name, as it gives him a bit more edge and fits the appearance of a stuntman over Colton Grace. Maybe their father dies when theyre grown and Holly changes her name back to March, or maybe she also dies, its an accident of some kind and the twins are left adult orphans and Holland isolates in his grief and Jackson has to try and pull him out of it. So they don't talk as much as they should, even though the Twins tey and be there for their grandfathers theyre busy and grieving too. Ryland lashes out at a conference and tanks his career, and just like Holland, retreats

Colt tries to keep the family together, visits his grandfathers once a week if hes in LA, drives to San Fran to visit Ryland when he can, they call regularly at least. But then his accident happens, and its his turn to push away his family. Then Ryland goes radio silent, and Holland and Jackson go looking for their MIA grandson. None of their calls go through, no one's been in Rylands apartment in months, his school just shrugs and says someone came to pick him up in a van and he hasn't been seen since. They worry, panic, everytime they think they're close to finding him suddenly its empty warehouses and nothing.

A year passes and Colt finally reaches out to them again but then hes gone again, killed in an explosion and being framed for murder. Then on the tv, Ryland face is being plastered everywhere saying he volunteered to go on a suicide mission to space to save the world.

However what I will say is What the fuck Clark??? You had a kid and now suddenly they've come back 17 and incredibly traumatised and what you do is go "hey congrats on being older here is All the Responsibility Ever, to a far degree that I as Superman ever took, it's up to you specifically to transform the world in a way that I never felt worthy? (not the right word) to attempt myself" to a kid that a) is still a teenager b) has a fuck ton of trauma and c) was not able to spend his teen years being able to gradually come to terms with that kind of responsibility and pressure.

Clark seems to be treating Jon like he's a well established and well adjusted adult with experience in these kind of matters/degrees.

Noooo parent your son please he needs reasurrance and help that part of the job doesn't magically stop when they hit a certain age.
