Haven't cooked in a while. Today I have made: -Bistec Encebollado with a few bell peppers and of course seasonings. -Arroz con habichuelas rosadas y salchichas y seasonings. -2nd attempt at fried green tomatoes and well they went from green to red quick (by time i got to them, within days) and now its bon appetite, buen provecho, hope its as good as it looks.
