Alternative Story:
How it begins between Yoshi and Saki but they were two clan had family feud Hamato clan and Oroku clan.
Yoshi father Yuuta and Uncle Gyõgi battle against Saki and Nagi's father Keiji and mother Miyoko but the only one that survive is Gyõgi.
Gyõgi did't want leader of the Hamato Clan but Yamaguchi took over leader of Hamato Clan because he was there mentor and friend.
Saburo took over leader of the Oroku Clan because he was there parents mentor and friend but Nagi was not happy that Saburo being leader instead of him.
Yoshi wonder why Gyõgi did't take leadership and Gyõgi explains that only remember of pain of his brother and his wound.
Nagi wanna to go to war against every Hamato Yoshi and Gyõgi also Hamato Clan member but Saburo made peace with Yamaguchi.
Saki is not happy either but Nagi told that tells him we haft make this for our parents to take the lead.
Nagi kills Saburo and blames Hamato Clan for the murder of Saburo Oroku clan.
Nagi and Saki confronts Yamaguchi Hamato Clan leader to confess to the murder he didn't do.
Nagi give three days before Oroku Nagi send his Oroku member if Yamaguchi do not confess to the murder.
Yoshi believes Yamaguchi didn't murder Saburo and Yoshi know Oroku are psychos.
After three days the battle begins and Nagi duell Yamaguchi first before Yoshi.
Nagi kills Yamaguchi and now he tries to attack Yoshi but Gyõgi steps in and he takes duell between Nagi and him.
Saki and Yoshi is duell with it together and Yoshi and was duell in minuts.
Yoshi managed to wave Saki sword away but then both got distracted as Yoshi saw his uncle Gyõgi down on the ground and same for Saki seeing brother Nagi down on the ground.
Yoshi takes the opportunity to strike Saki with the sword from the mount on his skull, knocking him unconscious.
After battle is looking for Mogo-San because he is an old friend of his father and uncle and because he has nowhere to go.
Mogo-San let him stay one night.
Mogo San tells that Yoshi should go to America where his son (Mogo Yokurian) and his stepdaughter (Tang Shen) live and it is in New York that his son and stepdaughter.
Saki wakes up then sees Yukio Mashimi and Lotasu Burossamu in front of him.
Saki sees that he is from the Hamato Clan but he declares that he no longer wants to be a part of the Hamato Clan anymore.
Lotasu Burossamu cries because it was her husband and she is pregnant with his daughter (Karai) and cries Saki as well for Nagi death.
Oroku Saki start training and he dont want look after Lotasu Burossamu child because he is focus geting revenge on Hamato Yoshi and he want continue were his brother after he being killed by Hamato.
Saki sees a helmet and armor made of iron and puts it on and call himself Shredder.
Two years later, Hamato Yoshi is in New York with Tang Shen and Mogo Yokurian and lives there apartment.
Hamato Yoshi start working at subway sewers and not best job but he took it.
Hamato Yoshi discover abandoned sewers but little did he know that this would be his future.
After he finished his shift and he was bitten by a rat on the way home then he noticed thing that something has happened to Tang Shen and Mogo Yokurian (Mogo Yoku) and they were beaten instead of murdered.
Tang Shen and Mogo Yokurian describe that it was a man metal equipment like a samurai and performed Shredder.
Hamato Yoshi went up to neighbor Richard Synergo and asks for help with care because Richard Synergo is a doctor.
Richard Synargo drives them to the hospital.
Richard Synergo sees that Hamato Yoshi's thumb has become swollen from the rat bite.
Meanwhile, Richard Synergo goes to get medicine for the infection but Hamato Yoshi sneaking out from the hospital with the rat infection.
When Richard Synargo arrive with three of his colleagues Perri Greysquirrel, Melvin Koss and Mack Ren Kurokeru was going to help Hamato Yoshi but but is not there.
Hamato Yoshi thinks this is his fault that they had to pay the price because Shredder is after him.
Hamato Yoshi is angry at Shredder and walks to the subway where he works.
He suddenly sees four turtles falling from the grate by the well into the sewer.
Mustang falls with turtles and Hamato Yoshi gets mustang on him and turns him into a rat because he is rat infection he still has and turtles turn into mutated humanoid height.
