Journal entry 02 - Knight

A journey into what makes Me the unique Invader Zim fictive i am. My universe and how things kinda went by for me and my headmate, Dib. Why the series is kinda only a foundation that inspired the truth of our lived realities. Its silly, what an important thing a silly show did for us.

Abel — Stefano essentially treats Abel like a prized pet most of the time with some degree of genuine care and concern because Abel genuinely likes his art and believes that Stefano is destined for greatness so it strokes Stefano's ego but ALSO they are like-minded enough for a fucked up friendship to form so Stefano wants to keep him around long-term and take care of him so Abel won't just suddenly stop liking him. Stefano also kind of likes how broken and twisted Abel is even though he has to admit that some of Abel's uhm behaviors and thought processes DO make Stefano go "what the fuck is wrong with this man". Endearingly, of course.

Ellis — Ellis frustrates Stefano to no end and he basically just has no idea what to do with him. Stefano would much rather staple his balls to his foot than have to deal with Ellis, but after receiving some careful instructions from Evelyn he started swallowing his irritation and being a little bit kinder to the kid. Ellis is still very much on thin ice for Stefano though.

Charlotte — Stefano thinks that Charlotte is a delight to be around and wears his normal person mask around her following a rather stern talk with North who threatened to handfeed Stefano his own liver if he exposes Charlotte to anything Bad. Keeping North's threat in mind Stefano is kind, he's protective, he's playful and caring, all for the sake of not ruining her innocence.

Jesse — Jesse reminds Stefano of himself when he was around his age so while the two argue and bicker pretty often, Stefano does try to point out the similarity between them in an attempt to show Jesse that he isn't as bad as he thinks he is. Despite all that however Jesse still talks shit about Stefano's art on purpose just to annoy him which offends Stefano immensely and it reaches a point where Stefano is pretty much ready to strangle Jesse on the spot. He KNOWS Jesse is doing it on purpose so he tries to keep his cool though (keyword "tries").

Leon — Leon and Stefano are actually on good terms despite Stefano being a literal serial killer and Leon being a cop. Leon does admit that he isn't okay with what Stefano is doing to other people but that as long as he is good to their system he will just learn to live with it. They often have heart-to-hearts with each other and Leon grew to somewhat depend on Stefano when it comes to caring for Abel. Leon also topped Stefano at least once.

Balthazar — Balthazar enables pretty much everything Stefano does and even goes the extra mile to ask Stefano to make it WORSE, to the point where even Stefano himself goes "what the fuck, man" at his ideas. For example, Balthazar definitely suggested Stefano to r*pe Lily. While Stefano is grateful that he found a like-minded individual who genuinely enjoys his craft (beside Abel himself), he IS at times disturbed by the things that come out of Balthazar's mouth and becomes genuinely worried about leaving Abel alone with Lily until Leon reassures him that the rest of them will intervene if anything starts going South.

Evelyn — Stefano ADORES Evelyn for she is very warm, friendly, and ladylike. She showers him with compliments whenever she gets the chance and is practically his personal cheerleader. She also worries about his health and overall wellbeing by making sure he is fed, well-rested, and uninjured. They probably also had sex at least once.

Florian — Florian and Stefano are rather good friends seeing as they respect and admire each other as fellow artists with both of them expressing interest in each other's crafts. Stefano is the first person who Florian feels like they see more worth to him than just his cunt and he becomes VERY attached to Stefano, seeking his approval and affection any chance he gets. Stefano actually had to make it clear to Florian that his "official" boyfriend is Abel and that Florian will have to learn to be okay with being slightly less intimate with Stefano than that. Other than dealing with Florian's clinginess Stefano is rather fond of him and wishes to help him develop a sense of self-confidence.

North — These two do not HATE each other per se but they aren't particularly fond of each other either. Stefano knows to leave North alone whenever he's fronting unless he wants to risk getting punched or bit and he feels kind of offended that North doesn't trust him/keeps threatening him with bodily harm but North warms up to Stefano over time and the two DO get a little closer. But just a little.

Inspired by this post I've decided to also make a post going into detail about Abel's subsystem. It's not gonna be as long but hey ho.

Basically Abel is an OC we created for The Evil Within 2 who then formed as an alter INCLUDING his subsystem so we wanted to make a list of his alters since we're already touching on the subject of subsystems and all that crap.

Ellis — A traumatized Little.

Charlotte — A trauma-free Little.

Jesse — A Middle or however the fuck you call teenaged alters. He's your typical troublemaker who pisses on authority and does what he wants. Super snappy and rude and lacks even the most basic form of decorum. Only really likes Evelyn and North.

Leon — Based on Leon S. Kennedy from the Resident Evil series but NOT a fictive, I repeat, NOT a fictive. He's a law-abiding citizen with a strong sense of justice and also a cop by profession. He's in charge of making sure that none of the others set anything on fire (deliberately or on accident) and he's also a Protector (I think) meaning that he took most of the abuse inflicted on the system on himself since he can and will sacrifice himself to save/protect others. Has mixed feelings towards their abusers. Jesse hates him.

Balthazar — Main Persecutor/abuser introject. He is as fucked up as they get and he LOVES abusing Abel, Florian, and the kids though the kids are under North's direct protection so Balthazar has a harder time reaching them than Abel and Florian. Balthazar is like the devil on Abel's shoulder and the source of 90% of his intrusive thoughts if he isn't straight up just enacting those thoughts on Abel directly.

Evelyn — Evelyn is like the team mom and she's in charge of caring for the little ones but also Leon, whom she's romantically involved with. She's soft but takes no shit, especially from the likes of Balthazar, and can and will lash out if necessary. She also tries to look after Abel and help him perform basic self-care routines like maintaining personal hygiene and making sure he drank enough water that day. Just an overall Caretaker.

Florian — Florian is their hypersexual trauma holder and also Balthazar's personal punching bag. No matter how many times the others try to separate Florian from Balthazar, Florian always keeps crawling back to him. He strives to outdo Abel IRL to become their IRL abuser's favorite and he bases his entire worth as a person on how fuckable he is perceived to be.

North — Their Avenger alter, North is selectively mute and very feral. He took it upon himself to keep the Littles safe, ESPECIALLY Charlotte who treats him like a pet of sorts (he lets her), and he is basically just trust issues on legs, trusting nothing and no one but himself. He communicates mainly through feral noises and body language rather than using human speech and he is the only alter Balthazar is truly afraid of.

Chris has a subsystem of his own which we dubbed the Chris Collective or just CC for short because Discord has a character limit for their usernames, haha. Anyway, in THEIR headspace/inner world Wesker successfully infected the whole planet with Uroboros and is ruling over the ruined remains with an iron hand, or at least that's what it was like before Chris went into therapy. He has a bunch of alters so I'll do my best to categorize them based on their roles and such. The main group opposing Wesker's rule is called the Staya (their name is derived from the Russian Volchya Staya which means wolf pack).

The Staya

Volk — The current standing leader of the Staya. He is a mixture of our Daud and our partner system's Daud in personality and work ethic though he leans more towards our Daud when it comes to his way of thinking and how he behaves. He is a strict no-nonsense guy who can be brutal if the situation calls for it but he is mostly just a tired, middle-aged human man who is doing his best to keep his people safe in a hostile environment.

Prizrak — Prizrak means "ghost" in Russian (the same way that Volk means "wolf") and he definitely acts the part. He is Volk's right hand in all things Staya-related and he is also his romantic partner. Not much is known about Prizrak, not even his real name, and whenever Volk is absent or otherwise unable to lead it's Prizrak who takes charge of the Staya. His specialty is reconnaissance.

Foxglove — The Staya's doctor. He used to be an Umbrella scientist who defected and decided that working for Wesker just doesn't align with his own moral code, believing that Wesker was taking things too far. He has a love-hate relationship with Solomon and everyone else believes they should date. A cat person. Prefers a cup of tea and a good book over the usual chaotic shenanigans everyone else is up to on an hourly basis.

Archer — Foxglove's son and also a doctor. Overall a friendly and open-minded person to be around and ever the optimist, believing in the good in people. Can be considered to be Foxglove's apprentice when the two aren't working separately.

Nīna — Archer's assistant/nurse. She's the youngest in the Staya and gets treated like everyone's little sister. She is quiet and withdrawn, only really feeling comfortable speaking directly to Archer and she's extremely obedient too, making her easy to work with. Some speculate that she has a sadistic and murderous side beneath the cutesy exterior that she puts on for others.

Sawyer — He used to work for Wesker but then defected and joined the Staya instead. He's mouthy, opinionated, and generally hard to control since he butts heads with Volk and Prizrak on a regular basis. He's only interested in following orders if he stands to gain something from it as well and is considered a loose cannon, even more so than Kyzer. A troublemaker through and through.

Esmeralda — A bundle of trauma that joined the Staya mostly just to ensure her own safety. She behaves much like a cornered animal and the only person she kind of gets along with is Sawyer (whom she's dating) because they match each other's freak. Has a problem with authority and won't shy away from spitting directly in Volk's face if she feels like she's being disrespected. Can and will cause problems on purpose if she happens to be in the mood for it.

Solomon — He's just a tired old dad who's been tasked with keeping both Esmeralda and Sawyer in line. He's the Staya's houndmaster so he's got a small pack of dogs to look after but the one that's always by his side is his huge mastiff Zeus. Like I said earlier, EVERYONE wants him and Foxglove to date. The sexual tension is unreal.

Kyzer — Kyzer used to be Wesker's favorite plaything until Volk and the rest of the Staya broke him out. Kyzer still retains most of Wesker's programming so he is EXTREMELY unstable and the tiniest spark could light a roaring flame that will be near impossible to contain, let alone put out. Foxglove and Archer are in charge of his deprogramming though the one holding Kyzer's leash officially is Volk. Kyzer is also a shapeshifting wolf, he isn't human.

Wesker's Bitches Squad

Albert Wesker — The one and only. In this scenario the Uroboros plan was a success and the whole world is in ruins. Wesker is the #1 Persecutor in Chris' subsystem and he has an insane amount of influence and control over what happens in their inner world. He's gross and abusive in all sorts of ways and anyone who opposes him deserves death or better yet – brutal, merciless torture. The Staya struggle against him even though he's just one man but he does have his little lieutenants too just to make things more difficult for everyone else.

Antoine — This guy's Chris' equivalent to Jhin in the sense that he's an artsy serial killer who believes that his murders are art. He's fancy and high-end and the only reason he even supports Wesker to begin with is because he wants access to all of Wesker's resources and influence. Basically he just wants to be on the winning side, he doesn't actually care about Wesker's plan for world domination or whatever. Truth be told he finds Wesker gross and annoying and thinks he lacks vision.

Jack Krauser — Krauser was forced to serve Wesker against his will and following Kyzer's escape and Sawyer's defection, Krauser became Wesker's favorite stress ball. Krauser gets beat up for no reason, r*ped, tortured, and other such stuff simply because he's there and Wesker just so happens to be in the mood to take out his frustration and boredom on Krauser. Krauser and Sawyer used to be close friends so now Sawyer serves as Krausers contact from within the Staya without Wesker knowing (he knows). Krauser is also dating Willow in secret (it's not a secret).

Jett — Willow's twin brother who chose to ally himself with Wesker because he genuinely agrees with Wesker's worldviews and wants to see the world burn. Jett is an angel with black wings (so my best guess is that he's corrupted) and he does a lot of field work for Wesker when he isn't busy sucking Wesker's dick. Jett's alliance with Wesker only deepened the rift between him and his sister over time.

Lyric — Lyric is 100% delulu by thinking that Wesker actually loves him because Wesker gives him preferential treatment and actually treats him like a partner of sorts when in reality he's just using Lyric as a replacement for Kyzer, who was Wesker's ACTUAL favorite. Lyric will do anything for Wesker without second thought and I suppose you could even say he's the second most unstable person in this entire subsystem following Kyzer. Whoever gave this man a gun didn't think twice before doing it.

Miscellaneous

Abigail — I sadly can't say much about Abigail because I don't know shit about her, sorry.

Jasper — Just some guy who's been caught up in all this mess with 0 survival skills. Sticks to Arsenio's camp and is used mostly as comic relief.

Arsenio — Based on Swain, Arsenio is a mage who is in charge of keeping the (system) refugees safe from Wesker's bullshit. Not much can be said about him other than the fact that he's extremely powerful but chooses to maintain a neutral stance and doesn't take an active part in the fight against Wesker.

Avalon — Like with Abigail we don't know much about Avalon sadly. She might be working with Arsenio in a joint effort to keep the peace (to the best of their ability) since she's a Gatekeeper alter and Arsenio's a System Overseer.

Blue — Arsenio's daughter. She acts much like an Overseer's assistant but Arsenio keeps a close eye on her and doesn't let her get TOO involved in system business because he wants to keep her all safe and pure.

Cade — Cade completely isolated himself from the rest of the system and lives a wanderer's life in the ruins/wilderness. He takes care of Leo and doesn't like interacting with anybody else. He's a survivalist who prefers to work alone and doesn't want to get involved in the whole Staya VS. Wesker conflict, preferring to lead his own life and live by his own rules.

Cosmo — Cosmo – alongside Fenrir – answers to Arsenio but otherwise lives separately from the refugee camp and prefers to use Fenrir (who is her slave/partner) for protection and things like scavenging for supplies. She lives a rather comfortable life in her hideout and if memory serves she is also a witch so she can hold her own if the situation calls for it, she just prefers to rely on Fenrir instead.

Fenrir — Cosmo's pet, bodyguard, and provider, as well as romantic partner. He's an Avenger by role so he's fairly adept at helping Chris stand his ground and even lash out in certain situations. He's a wolf and generally depicted with a muzzle because he's a wild card and tends to bite before asking questions (could be why Chris started using offense as his defense lately). As mentioned before he answers to Arsenio but Arsenio's orders are a mere suggestion to him and he usually just does what he wants unless Cosmo chastises him.

Leo — Cade's ward. Not much is known about Leo other than that he's a small child and depends on Cade for everything.

Nyx — Nyx is a spirit of some kind and she's bound to Thresh, being his ward and romantic partner. She's an Internal Manager by role so she's aware of all system happenings but she remains distant from the Staya-Wesker conflict for one reason or another, mostly just watching from the sidelines to see how things play out. She is supposedly the ghost of a powerful witch who didn't move on to the afterlife for one reason or another, possibly being kept in limbo by Thresh.

Ravi — A simple man who takes refuge in Arsenio's camp. He is a Caretaker by role and tends to front whenever Chris needs a little pick-me-up to keep going or to diffuse a high-stress situation. He is good friends with Jasper and he is too scared to venture out into the ruins/wilderness out of fear of being mangled by the Uroboros'd creatures that roam the area outside of Arsenio's camp.

Rune — A System Overseer who oozes Void magic but has sadly been corrupted by the deterioration of Chris' inner world and the Void becoming unstable and volatile. She is brimming with raw magic but her mind is so far gone that she can't distinguish friend from foe and is in a desperate need for rehabilitation before she can properly resume her duties as Overseer.

Thresh — Nyx's guardian and romantic partner. He thrives in the wasteland created by Wesker, reveling in all the suffering and collecting all the lost souls left behind by the mutated creatures he fells. Not a completely neutral entity but not a completely malevolent one either, he just makes the best out of a bad situation. Based on our ex partner system's Thresh.

Willow — Based on Emiya Kiritsugu, she's a mercenary/hired gun who makes a living from taking up contracts around the different survivor refugee camps. She is Jett's twin sister and Krauser's romantic partner.

Xander — Xander is similar to Willow in the sense that he too works as a mercenary but not much else is known about him besides that. He is based on Jetstream Sam.

Things have changed DRASTICALLY since Chris' subsystem was first introduced to us. For example, Thresh and Nyx took Rune under their wing and they have been working hard to rehabilitate her and restore her mind enough for her to reassume her role as System Overseer. Krauser has been in active contact with Sawyer and through him the rest of the Staya (namely Volk and Prizrak) in an attempt to coordinate an attack on Wesker's stronghold to dethrone Wesker or at the very least subdue and contain him. Antoine is on the cusp of switching sides from serving Wesker to serving the Staya instead. Arsenio's group have been becoming more and more involved in the Staya-Wesker conflict. Xander, Willow, and even Cade were recruited into the fighting effort. Avalon has been working on cleansing some areas of the inner world to be served as a rehabilitation center.

The biggest issues aren't even Wesker himself but rather Jett and Lyric who have been disrupting the others' attempts at creating a less hostile environment for everyone else and also challenging Wesker's reign and they've been the main oppositional force to the Staya and their helpers.

Raphael hears of our Mephisto and immediately becomes stiff only to then hear "oh no it's not your dad it's this twink with pink hair who runs a sex club as his main job and works as a relationship counselor/slave trainer as his second job" and Raphael goes "what" and we go "yeah he likes tea, plants, and does volunteer work in his spare time because he just loves helping people" and Raphael goes –
