wait wait wait has anyone talked about how that one scene in spider-sprig where everyones sitting around watching fumigator 4 and the main hero’s costume looks. a LOT like marcy’s/darcy’s appearance now
and the episode turns into a fun spiderman spoof with lots of spiderverse references (oh my god that movie’s old enough to be referenced now?) and a message about how doing things for the sake of getting people to like/praise you causes more harm then good. which is fun and i liked the episode
but like. is this foreshadowing?? anne’s the people-pleaser, not really marcy, will she become more empathetic/honest? i don’t think she needs to be, she just made a mistake. is this dramatic irony, in that marcy has very much learned how trying to work for better circumstances for her friends and not telling them had consequences??
*shakes the hiatus like a bottle of tea* give me answers
I am snacking on hummus and I don’t care if it is kind of out of my budget okay

Ichabod Crane is a bicon
Winter and Tico play (in the Bennet Box, which is now apparently serving a broader clientele) while Bennet sits in the cat perch.
Bennet is still super wary and usually stays hidden behind things on the floor when I’m around.  She’s been quiet today, though.  And Winter has finally ventured out!
I’m glad I let them hang out in the whole room last night -- now they’re a lot more used to the room and my smell than they were.  Still need to get them eating food off my fingers, but at least now they’ll come eat near me when I stay still!  Well, two of them, anyway.  :)
