I’m bi and would LOVE more bi representation but I don’t understand the hate toward gay Yuuri either. Like…chill, guys. Him being gay rather than bi is not the end of the world.

Yeahhh and like if he were canonically bi (showed clear romantic and/or sexual attraction to or had been in relationships with women??), but then the series pulled the gross ‘lol nah bisexuality isn’t real’ thing, THAT I would get, but Yuuri’s feelings for Yuuko are ambiguous and that’s the only interaction that could even be read that way. It doesn’t erase anything. 

Bi representation is important! All lgbt+ rep is. And bi rep does get super shafted because even when it happens a lot of times they refuse to say ‘the word’.
