They are lean, tight and fierce Regardless of the category, we all fall under the 💪🏻 ‘bodybuilding’ umbrella Many of my ’stories from the stage’ are in a category of their own listed under the BLOG Stop by, bring coffee ☕️ (as you know I 💕 love a good cup of joe), 👓 read the blog, leave comments, or feedback I am still in the re-learning phase of all that it takes to be a blogger, however, I am comfortable with making mistakes, and being ‘uncomfortable’ in this new space. If I don’t move forward, and take action, my thoughts will remain in my notes, app (which I frequently use for brainstorming), and they will get stuck unseen.
