If the number one fear is public speaking standing on the stage in a small bikini must come a close second ... Arnold classic 2009 ... Competing is always a bit of a gamble. You understand what the judge are looking for, but you don’t know if they reward what you’re about to present on that day. You train, you do the nutrition, your patient and show day comes and you step on stage think you have prepared as best as you can and you’re ready to 📸 sell it The Arnold’s of 2009 I thought it was ready After a win in 2008, I returned on stage in order to reclaim my title as Arnold amateur champion I showed up peeled in my best shape, and the judges has a different shape in mind I managed a second place finish however I was disappointed in the result. It was still an amazing weekend-working for the bodybuilding.com booth, hanging out with superfit, laughing, photos, and watching the IFBB Pro show. Lots of fun & leaving exhausted. After you complete, you reflect on your prep and decide 1 of 2 options—be done and hang up the heels, or work harder & try again. If you decided to stop competing —why did you stop? Or if you want to step on stage for your first show—what is your inspiration/motivation to start? Win or lose—you’ll learn.
