I completed a three week cleanse from the CLEAN book. Iâm done yaâll.
I learned: âąProgress not perfection âąPatience in areas I never imagined âąSlow is still moving âąFood really is medicine âąMy skin loves celery juice âąMy body loves herbal teas âąI feel sharper when eating this way âąI lost a few pounds âąI also lost inches âąSalads can be made 1,000 ways âąThe elimination process is no joke âąWater, water and more water âąJuices are amazing âąSmoothies are always fun âąHomemade soups like me a lot âąFamily will try to sabotage you when on a cleanse âąSaying ânoâ is my favorite new word âąHappiness is a state of mind âąYou can do anything you WANT to do âąHaving time and making time are two different things âąYou are what you eat âąI will repeat this when necessary _____________________ Cleansing/Detoxing does wonders for your body, mind and soul! Â I could list a hundred reasons why someone should try it even for a week. I wasnât hungry. I didnât miss out on anything. I feel great. My innards are squeaky clean and I love that I challenged myself to do three weeks because for me, one week wouldnât have taught me all that I learned in three. I wanted to see if I could go three weeks minding an excellent book written by a very intelligent doctor (an internal medicine and cardiologist that could see past western medicine) that told me what I could and couldnât do. All I have is gratitude. I feel lighter, I feel sharper, I am happy and my liver is happy! Thank you @dralejandrojunger for your wisdom and masterpiece on tying to heal the world. Remove. Restore. Rejuvenate
