Painting 2 guys in a row for the same army in a row is for suckers (not pictured are the 500 points of tyranids I painted in 2 days between this and my last Lamenter)
Me slouched in my mirror is not flattering. In my defense it's 4 in the morning
fuk u gabriel
Noone ever liked you!!
*reads a bit about Aeldari*
Oh these guys seems really cool:
I really vibe with this, Khaine is my favourite god in all of Warhammer. I should check what they look like.
… ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?
I dont want to paint more blue and gold 🥲
Daidre. Pathfinder from Alaitoc. Quiet and task-oriented, but willing to speak her mind and moderate arguments between Niall, Flesau and Airgetlam.

Iron Hands vs Alaitoc Eldar by Jose Daniel Cabrera Pena
I’m probably going to put together a 1000-1500 points force of Craftworld Eldar in the future for my group’s 5E project, to go with using my 30K IW, AL and WB as various flavours of marines. I was originally going to do a GK army, but 4 flavours of marines is a bit much even for a 30K-boi like myself. Might do Tyranids or Orks after that.
Really, it’s incredible how refreshing it is to do not just one of the Xenos armies, but one that should be fairly straight-forward to paint up decently, compared to my old and abortive attempt to do Dark Eldar (too many spikes and blades, too much skin!).
I’ll be using the 4E Codex, which has a fair few drawbacks compared to modifying the 6E one, but since we’ll be houseruling a fair few things it should be simple to, for example, buff/introduce greater variety for the Avatar or the Phoenix Lords. At least 2/3 my favourite Aspect Warriors are good in 5E - Warp Spiders less so than Howling Banshees, who can quite comfortably take on the likes of Terminators or Khorne Berserkers with their strikes-first-in-first-turn-of-melee armour-ignoring weapons (at least when you consider that a 10-elf squad in a transport costs around as much as a naked Imperial Terminator Squad and is likely to cripple it in their first turn).
Guardians, Rangers and jetbikes look like fun too. I’m thinking most major Craftworlds would be fun to paint; the only one I’ve really ruled out is Saim-Hann on account of their very bright shade of red. Iyanden, Alaitoc or Biel-Tan are the ones I’m leaning towards, since I’ve already done a lot of black panels on my IW with more to come on my WB.
Alaitoc Ranger.
All fluffy and nice this time.
