As a child he was very kind, and very down to earth. Likes to help others or at least make their jobs easier. Except for the guards tasked with watching him. He is known for disappearing for hours and even days on end without anyone knowing where he went and just all of a sudden appearing in a very common area with no one knowing how or when he got there. Whether or not he was even still in the palace during these times is still unknown. He enjoys spending his time by himself usually in a high place hidden from others, often hides high on top of statues to avoid people. An intelligent, inquisitive, and sometimes cheeky little guy. He likes playing games or pranks that test peoples problem solving abilities. He’ll actually leave clues for when he’s about to disappear and where he’s going. The only ones to figure out at least one are Amunet with Sotep’s help. He is usually very charming to most. Some of his family would disagree.

He has two older half sisters that are actually claimed as princesses. The oldest being Neferanefere Tasherit who is 6 yeras older and the other is Sotepenre who is 3 years older than him. (They are often called Nefere and Sotep, mostly to make my life easier). He and Nefere don’t get along at all and he does his best to avoid being alone with her, convinced she might try and kill him. He swears she tried killing him when he was younger but has no proof. Akhena and Sotep on the other hand have each others back. The two have a secret meeting spot in the palace that’s just for the two of them to just be themselves.

His favorite parent is his mom, The Great Royal Wife Amunet. He’s a total mamma’s boy. She spent the most time with him until he was old enough to start taking on some responsibilities. She encourages him to be who he is but that he must put his people first as a pharaoh. One of his favorite places is a small corner of the library because he gets to spend time with Amunet away from prying eyes so the two may speak freely, mostly to get away from his father.

His father, Pharaoh Paramessu or Ramesses, is a man of work and tradition. He is a perfectionist and expects nothing less than perfection in his life, including his family. He expects his family to look and behave perfectly no matter the situation and is quick to correct them if they don’t. However, he is prone to outbursts himself which is more often caused from a frustration with his family. He does care and love his family, though he doesn’t often show it. The kids try very hard to please their father but sometimes it’s just not enough.

The neutral city had become a bustling center for the Rebellion. Close enough to Orgrimmar to continue the fight but far enough away where they could enjoy small moments of peace. But this was hardly the time to even consider that it was peace time. The drums of war still pounded in the distance and the wounded flooded into the city just as often as fresh soldiers rushed out.

Akhena was please to see battle. She hardly spent anytime within Ratchet. Any whisper of fighting close by and she snuck out quickly, her Runeblade, Nagenah, in hand. 

After one rather unpleasant skirmish in the Barrens, Akhena returned to Ratchet with a bit of a limp. Her natural snarl looking deeper and more rageful than usual. She quietly growled to those that passed by and worked her way to the edge of the beach and throw her feet over the small overhang where the waves gently crashed below. She recoiled when her leg hit the wall, not from pain, but from frustration that she had allowed herself to be hit.

It was foolish. She had spent a few moments summoning a Ghoul to assist in the fight when a small Goblin rogue had appeared behind her and nicked her in the calf. She had roared when she felt the blades enter her and had quickly decapitated the small creature before it could make a second attack.

Now here she was, knowing that she had weakened herself. She was losing it as a warrior. How much longer could she continue to fight if she was so careless? Something needed to be done, and quickly.

She turned and looked around, searching for the familiar red and gold of the Highguard. It was then she saw a slender blood elf walk by, examining some papers.

"YOU THERE." she bellowed.

The Blood Elf jumped from the hollow echo that joined with her voice. He turned toward her and pointed to himself, "M-me?"

"Yes! YOU! Come here." she boomed again.

The Blood Elf walked slowly to her, his eyes wide, his hands shaking, "Y-yes?"

"Give me your Tabard." 

"My....what?" he noticed the Highguard Tabard tied to her belt and tilted his head to the side, "I'm sorry?"

"Give me your Tabard." she commanded again.

"But you have your own..."

"I need to wrap my leg. I am an Orc, boy. An Orc in the middle of a rebellion, without this Tabard, I am dead. You are a Blood Elf. To my knowledge no sane Blood Elf has joined Garrosh. So. I repeat. Give me your Tabard." 

The Blood Elf quickly removed his Tabard faster than Akhena had seen anyone undress in her life and handed it to her, his hands still shaking a bit, "There you are Miss...."

"Akehna Earthshaker. Now carry on and get yourself another Tabard." she said, turning back toward the sea, ripping the sturdy seams and wrapping her leg slowly.

"My name is Tyl--"

"I did not ask your name. The Rebellion needs us and they need us now. Get back to work." she boomed yet again.

The Elf turned on his heel and was gone.
