Tojoll is loud, rambunctious, and proud! Everything she says is clear and compelling and excited in a way that makes you just want to join in the adventure! Her voice hits low but still distinctly feminine and she has one hell of a boisterous laugh!

25: why you enjoy them

Because she has the perfect timeline! Nothing’s gone wrong. She’s having a good time, she’s winning and she’s only gotten better with age. Loved ones are safe, festivals are amazing, the world is still in balance. And at the center of it all is this woman excitedly offering you a hand to join her on this adventure.

16: their dreams

Embrant dreams peacefully and joyously, of days spent with her friends in the grove and nights curled up with her beloved wife. Saplings flourishing, the nightmare nowhere in sight. Things just...working out asvthey should, as she knows they will.

17: their ambitions

Embrant has actually reached hers! She’s a warden of the highest standing, second only to the secondborns who hold positions just below Niamh. She found the love of her life and married her!!!! Dream job, dream girl, wonderful supportive friends, she’s genuinely content in her life.

I got tagged by @zeriacaslon to talk about something. IDK anymore. I don’t know shit about my multiple half assed wips 😂😂😂. I guess I’ll do Urban witch, the new one I desperately need to develop. Here we go!

1. Describe the plot in one sentence.

A witch dates a human that can see all the magical bullshit that goes on unlike most people.

2. Pick one sight, smell, sound, feel and taste to describe the aesthetic for your novel.

I don’t know yet.

4. What’s the time period and location in which the novel takes place?

Set whatever year I’m actually writing. So for now 2019. I haven’t really decided on a place, I just know it’s set in America.

5. Are there any former titles you’ve considered but discarded?

Let’s see, one was Untitled and the other’s Urban Witch. Which is the current title. It’s not here to stay. I have no idea what to do with the title.

6. What’s the first line of your novel?

She watched him with an easy expression, he was beginning to lose it.

7. What’s a dialogue you’re particularly proud of?

“Aww, you and your sister are so cute.” He rolled his eyes as they finally made it to the car.

“You want a ride or not.”

“Fine, fine. I’ll stop.”

8. Which line from the novel most represents it as a whole?

She snapped her fingers and shimmered for a few seconds, finally dropping her invisibility spell.

He gave her an annoyed look, but a hint of a smile played across his lips. He started the car and they pulled out of the parking lot, radio blaring. “You’re lucky I love you.”

9. Who are your character face claims?

I actually never really thought of who my oc’s looked like.

I’m gonna be honest, I know next to nothing about Harry Potter so this may be off from what I mean for them to be. I’m just using wiki.

Kiya- Either Ravenclaw or Slytherin, i’m not sure

Anhkena- Hufflepuff

Sotep- Slytherin

Nefere- Slytherin

11. Which character’s name do you like the most?

I like both for different reasons. Kiya’s is shorter and easier to remember, but Anhkena and Sotep both have great names! Plus Kiya is just a nickname, her real name is Tadukhipa (pronounced Tadu-Hepa). I can’t decide 😭

12. Describe each character’s daily outfit.

Kiya- She likes wearing crop tops and tube tops. Often wears a sash that goes over her shoulder. Either wears short skirts or long skirts with a slit up the side. Either heels or sandals. Rarely actual flats. Has a full moon and crescent moon earrings that when put together form a necklace and her magic staff. I’ll explain more (maybe).

Anhkena- He wears a lot of hats. Just like a regular t-shirt, sometimes a graphic tee. He always wears his scarab necklace. Random earrings. Either sweatpants, jeans or (don’t know the proper name for it, but) harem pants. And sneakers or boots.

Sotep- Wears crop tops normally. Really into gold jewelry, so she’s often wearing body jewelry. Likes jeans. But she also likes her fair share of dresses. Surprisingly doesn’t wear skirts like that. Likes heels but does wear sandals.

13. Do any characters have distinctive birthmarks/scars?

Kiya has freckles and a few tattoos. Anhkena has a lot of tattoos, mostly on his back, and a few scars.

14. Which character most fits a character trope?

Nefere fits the evil sister trope

15. Which character is the best writer? Worst?

Kiya, hands down, best writer. Nefere is a terrible writer

16. Which character is the best liar? Worst?

It’s between Nefere and Ankhena on who’s the best liar. I don’t think Kiya lying about her powers counts since magic is naturally blocked from people seeing it. Sotep would be the worst liar, she’s not bad at it, she’s just not the best.

17. Which character swears the most? Least?

They all kinda swear a lot really. But I guess if I had to pick, Anhkena swears the most (people piss him off sometimes 🤷🏾‍♀️). 

18. Which character has the best handwriting? Worst?

The three siblings actually have really good handwriting. Their dad made sure they had impeccable penmanship when they were younger

19. Which character is most like you? Least like you?

I think Kiya woulds actually be most like me. Nefere is the least like me.

20. Which character would you most like to be?

None of them really, they’re all going through some things and not dealing with them well.
