January 7, 2018: Aoi-tayuu, of Suehiro okiya, went around Shimabara to perform Go Aisatsu (ご挨拶), or “greetings,” for the New Year for the first time in 30 years. It’s similar to the Shin Aisatsu (新挨拶), a.k.a. Shin’nen Aisatsu (新年挨拶), performed by geiko & maiko within their respective hanamachi around the same time. They offer New Year’s greetings to their patrons and teachers as well as requesting their continued support for the coming year.

炸豆腐吃起來的口感就是嫩， 外頭的棉衣很薄透， 因為炸豆腐本身沒有做任何的調味， 所以建議沾醬料跟配紅薑吃， 不然不沾醬汁的話沒什麼味道！ 我們點了兩種不同口味種類的來試試看， 點了一個豬肉起司麻糬大阪燒跟 豬肉明太子起司海鮮總匯廣島燒。 大阪燒的做法是把麵糊跟所有的材料倒在一起， 攪拌均勻後， 直接倒下去煎， 再把一開始先放下去煎香的豬肉片跟麻糬放到最上面等下面煎香跟上色， 再來翻面， 等到兩面都上色之後， 再刷上醬汁、加上美乃滋跟海苔粉， 最後放上會因為熱度飛舞的柴魚片， 就可以切成適當大小食用了。 廣島燒的做法完全不一樣， 他反而是把全部的材料一層一層的放上去， 一開始是把豬肉煎香跟海鮮炒香， 然後倒部分的麵糊在鐵板上， 放上高麗菜絲、其他蔬菜還有起司絲， 再倒一些麵糊上去， 接著均勻放上一開始的肉片跟海鮮料， 再放上用醬汁炒過的麵條， 最後打上一顆雞蛋把他抹開讓他跟前面的面積差不多大， 最後把整個主體翻面蓋在雞蛋上， 煎到雞蛋呈現金黃色後， 再整個翻面讓蛋的部分在最上面， 刷上醬汁、淋上美乃滋跟海苔粉， 是沒有柴魚片在上面的， 用他們附的小鏟子切成適當大小吃！ 個人覺得最後刷醬汁部分可以選少一點， 不然因為口味單一也比較重， 吃到最後會覺得膩口； 如果不點其他主食的話， 點有帶麵的廣島燒會比較有飽足感， 入座會詢問需不需要熱麥茶， 有點後悔說不用， 因為那個杯子好可愛！ 不用擔心自己不會做， 因為穿著日式和服的服務生會在你面前幫你製作， 所以完全不需要自己動手， 真是辛苦她們了， 如果可以的話， 其實很想自己動手試試看！ 不定時會有促銷活動， 可以再跟店員詢問看看！ 我跟朋友去的是海安店， 店內空間及用餐位置不多， 同一時間只能容納四組客人 如果每個人都有帶包包， 建議三個人來就好， 留一個位子放包包吧！ 如果人數真的多了一點， 那就去新天地後面的分店吃吧， 位置會寬敞舒適多一點。 也不建議帶不受控的學齡前小孩來， 因為煎台的金屬部分會加熱來製作餐點， 所以為了小孩安全及用餐氣氛， 等小孩大一點再帶來吃吧！ #japanesefood #okonomiyaki #hiroshimayaki #aisatsu #porkcheesemochi #porkmintaikowithmixseafood #tainan #爱夏子 #大阪燒 #廣島燒 #文字燒 #seaweedpowder #wasabimayonnaise #nanamitogarashi #traditionaljapanesefood #japaneseresyaurant #海安路 #dinner #nightsnack #関西風お好み焼き #広島風お好み焼き #広島炒麵 （在 愛夏子あいさつ海安店） https://www.instagram.com/p/CAUH9STATP3/?igshid=1jaiuqgx0gkfv

Today was yet another relaxing day. We had to take down all the decorations on the temple. All the cochins had to come down as well as the banners. While Masamichi and Papa would be taking off the oshogatsu decorations from the alter, I would fold the cloths with Laku. After we ate lunch (chicken gobo curry) papa and Masamichi went off to the golfing range to practice together. Meanwhile, mama wanted to dress me into a kimono for a New Years photo. She had many kimonos but only this particular one fit me. The dressing was a little different than what I’m used to but, it was it beautiful. I could see that mama was really trying her best. After she was so proud and happy! We took some pictures and I waited for Papa and Masamichi to come home to show them. They too, were so happy! After, I changed we all ate dinner and Masamichi had to go back to Kobe. We said our goodbyes, and we watched a little more T.V before I went to bed.
