Since the early 2000s the area burned annually has trended downward.

In 2022, the last year for which there are complete data, the world hit a new record-low of 2.2% burned area. Yet you’ll struggle to find that reported anywhere.

And given the percentage of Tesla solar installs that has set Walmart stores on fire, that'll be 900,000 homes burned down, the families all condemned to agonizing, screaming deaths within the flames. Not only will this suffering provide the Extinction Rebellion crowd with plenty of material to masturbate over but, think of all the new construction jobs that'll create, replacing those burned-down houses! 

AND we still have to keep & maintain the fossil and nuclear grid because apparently sunlight varies from hour to hour, day to day, season to season and there's even this new thing called "Night Time." So we're not really saving money at all, we're saving fuel. But we could save more fuel by banning private aviation (which gulps down BILLIONS of gallons) while we shut down the billionaire space race -- telling Elon Musk and Richard Branson that before anyone got around to talking about "Carbon" taxes (auctions, credits, trading, etc) their status symbols and joy rides should have been long gone.

Let's ban all forms of "Carbon" taxation and simply tax all the fuels as they come out of the ground. That way there's no longer an incentive to burn as much as they want, simply shipping it to somewhere without such a tax. If we tax it coming out of the ground then the fuel costs them just as much as it costs us, so everyone has the same incentive to conserve.

Oops! The billionaires wouldn't like that... 

Under all the current plans, with all the so called responses to “Climate Change” we are punishing the people with the least money, the least power and the least responsibility. We are literally trying to make the working class poor, and the poor even poorer, with “Carbon” taxes (auctions, trading, credits). That is the goal. They conserve fuel by making it cost more so people can’t afford as much.

So we as a society have literally set out to make the people with the least amount of money poorer, even as the self imposed elite are in a race to see which amongst them can provide rocket ship joy rides to the 1%.
