I'll tell you right now that I am probably way more accepting/supportive of trans people than just about anyone else in the MAGA tags, but I would urge the court to find in favor of the spa.
The problem is that "Identity" is subjective, not objective.

The problem is that discrimination is illegal, sex based discrimination is illegal, even unconstitutional, UNLESS you can demonstrate a compelling reason for it. Society/the court system has long since concluded that, yes, this spa (and every girls sports team) has shown a compelling reason for discrimination on the basis of sex -- BIOLOGY!
Boys aren't locked out of the girl's basketball team because of the way they IDENTIFY, they're locked out because their biology is different and gives them an advantage over girls.
Men aren't denied entry to a woman's spa WITH NUDITY because of their identity, they're denied entry because of their biology.
These "Discrimination" cases brought by trans people are flipping everything upside down. They are based on the fallacy that IDENTITY is real and that biology is not.
No, again, identity is PERSONAL, it's SUBJECTIVE it can't be measured IT'S NOT QUANTIFIABLE thanks to the fact that people can & do lie, even to themselves, and imposters exist.
...you can't see inside someone's head, see how they really identify, but you can see the bulge in their crotch.
The point is, under our existing laws, our existing court decisions we do allow discrimination on the basis of BIOLOGY. We can't and don't discriminate on the basis of identity, we discriminate on the basis of BIOLOGY and that discrimination is legal in such cases as a women's spa or a girls basketball team.
