Drama Camp 2014!

They won! The tradition continues ...

Well, not really ...

But it IS the last day of school before adventure camp - and the last day of teaching for the first term of the school year.

That's definitely something to celebrate.

Been so edgy this whole day because I had to conduct a Research Lesson for the CPDD (it's another one of those Singapore Acronyms that confuses the hell out of people not in the know).

So relieved to find out it didn't turn out as badly as I thought it did. Whew!

Grades for this term's CA (Continual Assessment for those not in the know out there) have been keyed in.

YES!

Actually, I'm a terrible multi-tasker. They say girls usually are great at it, but sadly I'm quite the exception. But I'm damn proud of the way I managed to handle 2 tests and 2 CCAs at four different locations, without losing any students or sanity in the process.

Did I mention I did all that simultaneously? Oh yeah. Go me!

That's what happens when all the other teachers head out for a Community project - and you're left in school with only one or two others (which you thankfully like!) for company.

I did kind of miss out on the fun times of staff bonding - but hey, at least I got a chance to catch up with those two teachers, which is great because I hadn't spoken to them in a while.

Staying late in school is tough - but when you get acknowledged for it at the end of a long, long day ... that kind of makes up for it. :)
