I have a gazillion things to do, both personal and from work, and I haven't started any because I'm afraid of not doing them right, I think

This coming Sunday I'm celebrating my 10th anniversary with the bf, and I have no clue as to what to do, any ideas?

i don't know if this falls under the heading of weird or if it heads right into 'scary' territory, but my first week in paris i was still learning my way around and i ended up at the place i meant to be going using a series of streets i hadn't meant to use, and i was worried that if i tried to retrace my steps i would get turned around again and be properly lost, so i decided to take the metro home even though it really wasn't very far.

obviously a few other people got on the train around the same time as i did, and one of them was a girl who sat a few rows down but directly in my line of sight and facing me. as the train got moving, she sort of...shouted at me? i don't know, she didn't say anything but she made a loud noise and pointed in my general direction, and it startled me but obviously i had no idea who she was so i assumed it had been, you know, in my general direction instead of at me. but because i was startled i looked over at her and we made eye contact; i assumed she would look away after a few seconds because, hey, random stranger on the train, but she never did, so finally i turned and looked out the window - not that there was anything to see, but i didn't want to seem like i was staring at her. but every so often i glanced back her way, and every single time she was looking at me. at first i was just like "okay this is weird but like we're directly in each other's line of sight it's probably just our gazes lining up unintentionally" or something idk. but after a few times of making eye contact she smiled at me and it was just like oh my god she actually is staring at me. i didn't look back at her for several minutes, but the next time i did, she was holding her phone at the right angle to be taking pictures of me. i thought, "there is no way she is actually taking pictures of me she has no reason to she's just holding her phone at the wrong angle and i'm completely paranoid" but she saw me looking at her and wiggled her phone a bit and grinned and then very blatantly took more pictures and it was super creepy. i looked away for a few more minutes but then had to look over her head to see what stop we were at and when i did she drew her finger over her throat in the "i'm going to kill you" motion. the stop we were at was actually my stop, but she stood up to get off so i was obviously like oh heck no i am not getting off here but i watched her as she was getting off the train and as the train started to pull away she looked at me through the window and did the throat-slitting gesture again.
