Ok so today I felt really led to give something back to the community by giving a reading to someone. #thesubtleartofnotgivingafuck this is undoubtedly one of the best books I've read this whole year. If you've not read it drop everything and pick up a copy. There's unlimited amounts of personal freedom waiting for us, but sometimes we are giving to busy giving #f*cks where they are not needed. It's about staying focused and challenging all your energy into things that matter, things you are passionate about things that warrant your #fuckstogive counter. One thing I've learned reading this book is that achieving #happiness is a myth, I'm not meant to be here to be happy, I'm here to evolve and perpetual states of bliss aren't going to bring out personal growth and development. This book is like the having a reading and getting the #tower #devil #moon it's about breaking up fallow foundations/beliefs (the f*cks we give) recognising areas of bondage and self sabotage, (areas we spending giving way to much f*cks) and taking time out for moments of introspection (realising when and where to give a f*ck).
