Should I keep my social media seperate?
I've been on the fence about whether to keep my social media separate or combine my personal and professional life online. But the more I think about it, the more I realize that platforms like Instagram can be powerful tools for building connections and promoting my design work. By sharing my art on a personal feed, I open the door to networking with like-minded people—fellow artists, potential collaborators, or even professionals in the industry who could help me grow. It’s also a chance to reach a wider audience, including potential clients, by showcasing my work in a space that feels authentic and approachable.
On top of that, getting feedback or constructive criticism from my followers can be invaluable. I’ve noticed that people in creative communities are often eager to offer insights that help me refine my skills or think about my designs in a different way. Combining my personal and professional identities on social media could feel risky, but it also feels like an opportunity to build a real, supportive network while staying true to myself. Maybe merging the two worlds isn’t such a bad idea after all.

Rehénes de la depresión
En los últimos años, la depresión ha sido una enfermedad que lamentablemente se ha acrecentado en todo el mundo, y debido a los acontecimientos que seguimos viviendo actualmente, es importante hacer conciencia sobre la importancia de detectarlo a tiempo.
Uno de los síntomas más comunes de la depresión, es la hipersomnia o quedarse dormido, sin embargo, debido a que a veces se suele asociar con problemas de salud mental, no todos los casos se diagnostican debidamente. En Medio Oriente, màs del 66% de los casos no se diagnostican, por ello, la agencia en marketing Serviceplan Middle East, en colaboración con Dubai Science Park y Thrive Wellbeing Center, unieron esfuerzos para crear esta campaña, que tiene como objetivo crear conciencia sobre el tema, y alentar a las personas a buscar ayuda.
La campaña se compone de un video y tres anuncios impresos, que muestran imágenes simples pero con un mensaje claro, que capturan el dolor y el sufrimiento que experimentan las personas que atraviesan por problemas de depresión y problemas de salud mental, con un slogan que invita a las personas a reflexionar y buscar ayuda, algunos de ellos son: “Maybe it’s not procastination” (Quizá no es procastinación), “Maybe it's not slacking” (Quizá no es holgazanería), “Maybe it's not laziness” (Quizá no es pereza).
