You do whatever you have to do to adapt, evolve or heal, as long as what you do doesn't interfere with another person adapting, evolving, or healing. Adapting, evolving, and healing aren't crimes, but what should be a crime is interfering or stopping anyone from adapting, evolving, or healing.
