It's almost the end of Disability Awareness Month and I wanted to share some positivity.

Literature doesn't give us many happy endings so I created Princess May to wish for some more disabled heroes and heroines who live "happily ever after to the end of their days," as Tolkien says. (Frodo and Bilbo are autistic. Try to change my mind!!!!)

Also I want you to know that I'm a safe person to ask questions about sexuality, gender and disability. I don't believe in stupid questions and I believe the only way we'll spread acceptance and understanding is if we create a safe environment for people to learn.

A cool cape and tree fern garland for a really cool sauropod. This is @pridedinosaurs‘s Genderfluid Jobaria, everyone! They’re one of the best designs of the Pride Dinosaurs series and a really cool animal in their own right. I only had time for a quick sketch, but man, I wish I could do this animal and design more justice! 

P.S. Jobaria, thanks for being slightly less screwy than most of your macronarian relatives. Also, your big nose is cute.

To my Trans and non binary followers:

You are free to express yourself however you feel comfortable. Don’t feel pressured to transition. You are still trans/nonbinary if you don’t or can’t. Using non-conventional pronouns does not make you “difficult” or “petty.” You do you and be proud. 💖
