Um. Why is one of the best Russian-spoken-by-a-non-Russian-actor performances hiding out in a show about gay hockey players...? Connor Storrie's actual Russian is better than his Russian-accented English (which I also don't mind). Like Viggo is a great actor, but his Russian was barely understandable. I thought Ralph Fiennes was very good, but he has been deposed. Also, the nihilism/sarcastic melancholy/moody competitiveness feels very organically Russian. Good job.
