Starting a new med!
So my doc office finally called in my new medication (only took a month and a half 😑). I'm starting Actemra injections on the 6th, and I'll be doing them every 2 weeks.
I've been on auto injections before but never a normal injection with a needle and such. Any tips on taking this medication? And any tips for my fiance, whose going to be giving me the injections and supporting me through any aftermath?

Today's plans: Absolutely, gloriously, nothing. I've been working too hard. My old af body says = rest day. 🖤 I put a video of a fire on the beach on the TV, as close as I'm gonna get right now. I've got really cozy new socks. This book is incredible - "Seven Endless Forests," by @apriltucholke. It's the companion book to #thebonelessmercies. Very magical, features strong female characters, is a bit of a play on the Kimg Arthur, Sword in the Stone stories. Today is #Actemra day, my injection for #rheumatoidarthritis.
