Eve with my mom, she made the 7 fishes. Then morning with mom and my aunt came over in the morning, then went to my dad’s side at my aunts house and saw them and most of my large ass family then spent the night at my cousins :) Didn’t see anyone on my mom’s side besides my aunt though cause they’re being ...whatever

Amazing things that happened during 2015
Just like last year, during 2015 I kept a draft listing the important things that happened this year. I remember the feeling while I was reading the list at the beginning of this year and how it motivated me to do bigger things. So here’s to 2016!
New Year's with my sis, some friends and her family
9 days living in an empty apartment in Rio de Janeiro. I think it was the best thing that happened this year. (Note for the future: moving to Rio wouldn’t be a bad idea)
One of my good friends got married to the love of his life and it was one of my favorite nights ever. (Note for the future: turn your wedding into a carnival)
Meeting that dude that was great for almost eight months and then taught me a lesson on maturity and settling down. (Note for the future: TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS!!1 your mama didn’t raised no fool)
Getting my licentiate’s degree
Getting into the master’s program.
A lot of growing up and adult shit happened this year.

Instead of champagne or apple cider and watching the ball drop in New York, I'm drinking a can of apple sidra and watching Jessica Jones on Netflix. Which, you know, is similar enough, I guess.

2015 was a pretty shitty year over all. Lost my job, still haven’t found a new one and I learned a whole new definition of rejection.
But, on the other hand there were some good thing. For example I saw Slayer and Anthrax on one night. Iron Maiden, Slayer and Trivium released a new album (my 3 favorite bands). Graspop was amazing and Dynamo Metal Fest blew me away with awesomeness. I got my first tattoos as well. Which I am still really really really proud off.
And I am really thankful I got so many good friends who kept me from losing my sanity ( @brotherlyfeels thank you so much babe <3). You, among others are the reason I go out tonight and having a great party instead of sad drinking alone at home.
So lets raise a drink to make 2016 fucking amazing. To everyone on Tumblr: Keep making quality gif, edits and text posts!
