So, Bethany's not going to tell David about Gary. Interesting? Or maybe she figures it's better keeping quiet. Also interesting - David doesn't seem to think much of Kit.

Hm. Maria isn't the only one getting a little tired of the Sarah/Gary connection. Kit's not a happy camper. Bethany's not happy. Sarah isn't happy. Maria isn't happy. Guy I don't care about isn't happy (IDC). Is there anyone on the blummin' street who IS?

Wait, my girls are. Well, they're happy with each other. I don't think either of them is actually "happy" right now. Between Betsy and Sarah... *sighs* (redacted rant)

Alya made the right choice, I think. I don't think running the restaurant was really what she wanted. And, I give Adam (a little) credit - he didn't strong arm her, just laid out the problem. She already knew the score, she just needed/wanted someone to give her a push.

Okay, I thought I'd seen the spoilers that said Sarah broke it off with Kit but I didn't believe them. That was hard to watch, tbh. I don't like Kit, not even a little, and his methods are beyond shady (as I was recently reminded) but I'm gutted ... for Sarah. She's right, of course, he doesn't trust her anymore. Had she called him, trusted him, they wouldn't be in this mess. Their relationship isn't going to recover any time soon - if ever. It's one of those selfless/selfish things - her cutting him loose. Yeah, it's best for him but it's also better for her. She's right, he'd resent her and would, eventually, throw it in her face - and she's just avoiding that. Better a small hurt now to avoid the bigger hurt later.

I actually felt bad for Kit. Worse for Sarah. But, yeah, I did feel bad for him because he actually looked devastated - which I wouldn't have thought it was possible for him to actually love someone more than he loved himself.

(It's late and I'm a little more tired than usual so I'm having a bit of a problem finding my words right now - it's reminding me of the Santana/Brittany break-up ... how it might have been necessary but, ultimately, pointless)

There wasn't enough Lisa for me today and she was back in her long sleeves. Thought y'all were in the middle of a vicious heat wave - lucky she's not passing out in the interview room. (Cuz you know they keep them hotter than the fires of hell to make the suspects sweat and uncomfortable - except in the winter when it's colder than hell (how does that work, exactly? Cold as hell, hot as hell ... I mean, I read Dante's Inferno so I should understand this but ... wow ... I really need to go to bed)
