WAH okay hmmm. SO because the process of making my spaghetti and meatballs is pretty lengthy, Katsu likes to ask if we can make it together as a way of asking for it. Like he does try to play it cool like "Why don't I help you make the spaghetti you're always yappin' about tonight?" Which is his way of saying "please make the spaghetti for dinner".
I don't know that he's a huge fan of it, mostly because he likes to stick to his usual Japanese cuisine which i respect, BUT i HC that he has a secret fascination with America (because of All Might) so anytime he can take advantage of having an American wife, he does which does include letting up on the control for cooking and making dinners and letting me do my thing.
I think really he likes the process of making it the most. I don't usually like him (or anyone) in the kitchen with me while i cook but if he asks to help i usually let him. And because the process is so long and the prep takes a bit i think he sees it more as "i get to spend time with my wife" more than "Oh i get to eat a yummy meal". so i think he'll ask to make it when he's feeling like he misses me. π₯Ίπ₯Ί
