Authorâs Note: So since I didnât get a prompt and you have a Judai icon it seemed like a perfect time to write an idea for a cool fic I thought up a few weeks ago which sounded great in my head. But then the actual dueling writing became way more complicated and complex then I first imagined which involved me re-writing it several times. Except that then Kaito had kind of looked at Chris when he'd gotten his attention, and the next thing Chris had known he'd been asking if Kaito needed help with any of his work, and Thomas had been laughing off to one side and Chris is an idiot who will probably never get a date in his life.
Particularly not with Kaito Tenjo, he thinks privately to himself, because this is the fifth time in a row that trying to ask Kaito out has ended in a study session, and probably the only thing even keeping Chris from dying of embarrassment is that Thomas only knows about this once.

Going to go with like what most people say when it comes to my stuff and say colouring. COLOURS ARE JUST!!! REALLY IMPORTANT TO ME!!!Â
14. What do you like drawing the most?
Iâm going to go with another easy way out and just say Judai overall. Like besides the whole favouritism, itâs more in the fact that he just has a really simple and effective design. (Yuma and Yusei are always those characters that I have to check their ref sheet at least once to get it right) I think Yuya is climbing up there too, since his design is also really easy to remember.

Another thing - animals� More on the fact that just sketching them at first frustrates me but when it comes to painting it just gets easier and easier almost relaxing the more I paint.

So here's a quick peek at the textless clip in Kaisei with Manjoume's zoom-out as it was in the raw version (as opposed to the textless version's slow zoom-out). Â Many thanks to thepalebrideof-frankenstein and aahes for taking the time to edit out the text on the frames where wind is blowing on him! :) I did some further edits in Vegas; I masked in his arm from the textless version (since making it longer was a corrective edit) and did some tweaking with masking the clouds here and there so it looked consistent. Â The clouds by Manjoume's side do move juuust a little due to thepalebride's editing, but it's barely noticeable in action, and it especially won't when I add the translated text later on.
Now, I just have to work it into the full video and do some edits on Borderline Battle (made it so the panels with everyone's faces transition out instead of pile onto each other as it was in the JP-raw version, but the footage jumps a little bit because of some masks on the cards that I'll have to fix), add subs, and we'll be good to go start revisiting Season 1!
I would've liked to go and give Asuka her original background too since I think it looks a bit nicer, but it would've probably taken a long while and a lot of frame-work. Â I'll settle for managing this lol.

AWESOME. Â Thank you so much for finishing the job there! Them being jpegs didn't really affect things; what worried me was that a few of the frames you sent me had a "selection" line on top, but masking in a few pixels from thepalebride's edited frames did the trick. Â I just spent maybe 30-40 mins adjusting everything, and it looks great! I'm about to post a preview video. :)
