Questions for Ano and by extension, his district! What’s the aesthetic? Are there other districts?

Think of the vibes for his district as a sort of... dark vaporwave. It's colorful, sure, but surprisingly not as "loud" as Akusuka or The Metro in terms of overall design. Akusuka is bursting with color and noise at every angle, while The Metro is really high contrast and very distracting; VA-Ultra's got high contrast but isn't loud. Still very glittery, though. That's on parr with Ano's vibes.
Something along the lines of... this, perhaps?
Dark while still being lit up well enough to see where you're going. Think of a darker Metro, essentially. You'd hear soft instrumentals of Ano's music in the streets as background noise. Quiet, easily ignored, but keeping sound somewhere.
As far as actual content itself, definitely geared more towards technology and branding! Moya's an engineer and designer, Ano's an idol that likes fashion, so the exact brands and items you'd find around would match them both.
There isn't as much advertising for Ano himself as there is in some other districts, which might be surprising. You won't see statues of him anywhere or see his face wherever you look like in Cast Tech, Akusuka, or The Metro. You could easily find magazines for a photoshoot of his on display, though, as well as digital advertisements for other things. Those're few and far between. And nothing that would imply that Ano would be in-person for anything at all, like 1010's autograph booth.
Y'know how May comments that 1010's manager is paranoid? AACE's is more so. He's never just around anywhere and is only seen personally at concerts. Maybe if there were arranged meet'n'greets. Strong maybe. More likely there's just live QnA's.
I will note that architecturally, stairs are avoided if possible: ramps and slopes are in place of small sets stairs, but if it's more convenient for there to be steps, there's ramps next to or near them. All signs would have braille as well. If anywhere has blacklights, it'd be listed outside the building somehow.

As for other districts: I do have other Charter OC's, if you'd like to hear a bit more about one of them!
