Die Kollegin sagt, kein Problem, und gibt mir die Daten für die Kreditkarte. Ich nehme den Kostenvoranschlag an und will bezahlen. Die Transaktion wird abgebrochen. Ich frage bei der Kollegin nach. Die Kollegin schaut mir bei einem erneuten Versuch zu und meint, jo, da können wir nichts machen. Ich schreibe eine bodenlos peinliche E-Mail in die Schweiz und frage, ob sie uns ganz eventuell eine Rechnung schicken können. Ich frage noch mal wegen der Kreditkarte bei der Kollegin nach, weil die Sache mir keine Ruhe lässt. Die Kollegin erwähnt beiläufig, dass wir gar nicht für Kreditkartenzahlungen in die Schweiz freigeschaltet sind. Ich schreie.
