A good day is a good day. A bad day, is just another type of “good” day, that we have yet to adjust our perspective!! 😂😂😂 Everything is as it should be, because it is. If we choose to be upset by something, that still remains our choice, which can be exceptionally difficult if we are held back by chronic pain, life‘s difficulties, or tragedy as it may befall. So how do we kickstart when things don’t seem to be going our way? Yoga. 😂😂😂 It is always waiting for us. Some days I need a more aggressive practice to deal with more aggressive nerve damage. Other days I crave the softer side with #nidra #restorativeyoga or #pranayama to reset my body, mind, and spirit. 😂😂😂 Today, #saturday, I get to reset by connecting with others yogis like the incredible @ferntran818 @veronica_rivera_the_realtor Bernice, @ashleylindsaymorgan @funnyshaffer and so many others with the @corepoweryoga #9amCrew 😂😂😂 The joy that exploring yoga brings me is beyond what I could have hoped for.
