You know what time it is. Commissions time!
Yes, my beloved friends, fans, and family, I have opened my commissions again. But this time, I’m more prepared. I know more about recording, I have been experimenting with new styles, and I’ve been getting to know my strengths in my music. So, with moving into a new house, paying rent, paying for food, and officially becoming an adult, I think its time for an update in my commissions.
Starting from £5: Covers. I will do a cover of a song of your choice. This one is hard to have a specific price for, as different songs have more complicated chord patterns, more instruments, are longer, etc. The base price is £5, but pricing can go up.
For £8: Entering the Ring. I will do you an instrumental theme song, lasting up to 2 minutes. It can be any genre you like and can be with 2 instruments of your choice: Ukulele, baritone ukulele, mandolin, 8 stringed ukulele, background vocals. An extra genre/instrument/minute in length will cost an additional £2.
For £12: Lyricised Theme Song. A theme song, lasting up to 3 minutes long, with a verse and chorus of original lyrics, a genre of your choice, 2 instruments from a choice of mandolin, ukulele, baritone ukulele, 8 stringed ukulele, or background vocals, and you’ll be given the lyrics on a word doc with the song. An extra original verse/genre/instrument/minute in length will cost an additional £3.
For £20: Fully blown original song. A lot of effort is put into this one. An original song about anything you want, with up to 3 verses, a chorus, and a bridge, mixed with up to 3 genres of your choice, with 2 instruments from ukulele, mandolin, baritone ukulele, 8 stringed ukulele, background vocals, or melodica, with the song being up to 4 minutes long. An extra original verse/genre/instrument/minute in length will cost an additional £3.
For £60: The ‘Seriously?’ Package. The joke package. I will literally read/sing anything you want, be it a fanfic, a song of your choice, or anything you want (provided it sticks to the rules). Like, seriously? Are you sure you’d want to give me this much money?
For £150: The ‘You Have Way Too Much Money’ Package. You thought the last package was a joke one, wait to you see this one. Much like the ‘Seriously’ package, except everything is on the table. You want me to do a dramatic reading of your smut-fic? Boom! Deep British voice engaged to read your smut! Need some good old ASMR? I don’t mind if you’re paying this much! If you have a voice acting or musical need, I will do it for this much. Just remember that even this package (as well as my sanity) has limits, so don’t go asking me to do a dramatic reading of a whole movie.
Any payments for commissions will be done via PayPal. For more information about a commission, simply DM me, and I will get back to you ASAP! When it comes to commissions, I do have a few rules:
1) Nothing that could be deemed NSFW (unless it’s the ‘You Have Way Too Much Money’ Package)
2) Nothing that’s sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, or bigoted in general.
3) I want my music to be positive about people. I will not write songs that are made to create hate against a certain person, unless you have an extremely good reason for it. Otherwise, no using my music to hurt people. That includes using it in anything meaning to hurt someone.
4) I cannot strain this enough. After writing you the song, the work is still my original work. Please do not use my music and claim it as your own work.
Now, for a quick Q+A: Q: Can I use this music commission for [insert thing here]? A: Yes. You’ve paid for it, you can use it in what you want. However, I would like to know what you’re going to use it for before you use it and putting a link to either my Tumblr or YouTube page in the description, crediting me for it.
Q: Can’t you do it for free if I give you publicity? A: No. Publicity doesn’t pay for my bills or for my food.
Q: Who owns the music? A: I am still the creator of the music, but I’m making the song for you. Basically, it’s the same as someone making you an art commission.
Aside from that, I hope you have a lovely day, I look forward to hearing from anyone who wants a commission, and remember: if my music can make you grin, then I consider that a win!
