Moving my body, not just for results
Lately, I’ve been thinking about what it actually means to take care of my body.
Not in a “quick results” way. Not in a “fix everything at once” way. Just… showing up for it consistently.
Today I moved my body with more intention.
I’m starting to add bodyweight HIIT workouts into my routine this May, training with Esther. Watching her running pace improve so much has been quietly motivating me to step things up too.
Not out of pressure—but out of inspiration.
I’ve also started taking a small amount of creatine. Nothing extreme, just seeing how my body responds and giving myself space to learn as I go.
I think I’m moving away from chasing outcomes… and more towards building a routine that feels sustainable, strong, and mine.
Some days it’s a 6km run. Some days it’s HIIT. Some days it’s just showing up and doing something.
And right now, that feels like enough
