#6624 Block Three x Blood Brothers A Series Of Barrel Aged Blends Blend #1 (Canada) Celebrating the launch of my new single “Let Justice Prevail” tonight with this banger from Block Three and Blood Brothers. The first in a series of BA blends, and it’s a melange of a foeder fermented grisette and a saison aged in neutral oak, and she’s a beaut. Coming in at 5%, it pours opaque with a quickly dissipating bubbly head and melon on the nose, the body is crisp and sharply carbed, there’s tons of stone fruit, it’s lightly acidic with some pineapple and nectarine vibes, it’s smooth and slightly tangy, the oak is subtle but gives it some backbone, it’s fruity and effervescent, clean and crushable with a dry, tart finish.
