Yep, I lost some weight the last week. To be honest, I lost a lot of weight. I lost 1.3 kgs / 3 lbs. I'm now 60.8 kgs / 134 lbs. That's really crazy. Yeah, 3 times sport the week may be a reason, but I think it's more not eating that much last sunday. I really didn't do it on purpose. But I'm having a bad time with my boyfriend. It's hard and I thought we were going to break up. Long and complicated story, never mind. And therefor I wasn't able to eat so much on sunday.
No I'm afraid I'm going to gain some of the weight back till next monday :/ That would suck. Really.
Yeesterday I did the whole blogilates day. To be honest, I was bored. Only abs, 60 minutes? Sorry, I don't like it. But I'm going to stick with it. But I'll also rearrange the calender a little bit:
Monday: “Sweatfest” Changing to running or going to my college boot camp fitness class
Tuesday: “Core Conditioning” - doing it
Wednesday: “Sweatfest” Running
Thursday: “Abs & Butt/Legs” – doing it
Friday: “Recovery Day” changing to Sundays “Abs & Arms”
Saturday: “Sweatfest” - Resting :)
Sunday: “Abs & Arms”- Resting :)
So I'm going running soon today. It's such a lovely weather out here. I want to run for 35 minutes and then I'm going to do Cassey's new stretching video. I'm a little bit sore from yesterday :D And I want to take a new during pic. Perhaps I'm going to cheat and I'm going to take it after I was running :P
And yeah, I'm really back to eating better. It's hard work but I'm going to rock it :) This morning I had some yummi lowfat yoghurt with Basismüsli (oats, amaranth, some sunflower and pumpkin seeds...), a kiwi and a banana.
Oh, I almost forget to set goals :D My most important goal is to overcome the fucking 60 kgs!
losing 0.9 kgs / 2 lbs til 14th april - 59.9 kgs / 132 lbs
Updates
So over the weekend I worked out on Saturday but was not able to get a workout in on Sunday because all the coaches were gone. Today because of Sandy, I stayed and worked from home and went to the gym in the middle of the day. I was kinda not so excited to go at first because it was raining outside and I was in my pjs, but I am leaving for my wedding in two days so I need to get as many workouts in as I can!
So, I snatched up to 43kgs with the straps, and then I did well in the clean and got a PR at 58kgs. It felt super easy! I attempted 60kgs three times and failed (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2DlRyLQCrAU) but it's really a matter of technique and racking the bar and bringing it to me. I can hear in the video how my hips do make contact with the bar, but I had a problem with my wrists and pulling it in. I also realized that with the clean, I just have to make up my mind and go for it. It felt heavy off the ground but once I got it past my hips it wasn't so bad. During training I feel like sometimes I mentally give up because it feels heavy and my technique is not there, so it was good to see today that I can actually pull the bar super high and it's just a matter of not being a sissy and going for it. I will keep this in mind for next time and decide to go for it 120% with each attempt!
:)
