Hello! My run today didn't go as planned. I wanted to run a 8K but after 2K's my body felt tired so I turned back and went home. It's important to train and surpass yourself but you also have to listen to your body. If you don't it leads to exhaustion, injuries and so many more things you don't want to encounter. On the bright side, I wore my new shoes for the first time running!!! I simply love them! I hope you have a wonderful day ๐๐
