Working with @kp11photos was such a DELIGHT!! His photos are beautiful and I'm so happy we were able to work with him because the photos are straight up GLORIOUS. Thank you for capturing our costumes ♡ I am in love, the colors of this costume are so vibrant, the rhinestones show well and man I love how velvet looks! When we first decided to go to Katsu con we tossed costumes we wanted to do together for a few weeks before finally settling on @hannah_alexander_artwork Odette and Odile designs. I had been wanting to do a Hannah Alexander cosplay for a while and since this was a perfect pairing it seemed juust right! Yall 😭 This was such an intense costume to make. We were in two different countries using different places to source our fabrics, trims and accessories for a costume that needed to look cohesive and together. My costume has about 8000 rhinestones all applied one by one BY HAND, pearls in 3 different colors. I used Satin, Chiffon, and Velvet to translate the fabrics from the design and soooo many feathers 😂 my room looks like I was attacked by birds! I learned so many new techniques and styles of doing things.
