Day 22 of 30 Day Cabbage Soup Diet

Hey everyone it’s Stephanie!
(10/19/15) Day 22- I’m almost done with diet and I’m still alive! I have decided to add 10 more days to the diet just to see if I could do it. I’ve never felt more proud of myself for actually sticking to it. Exercise is now going to be an active part of my week. I’m committed to going to CrossFit classes 4 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday). It will not be the easiest task but it’s definitely a possible one. My Monday was okay but I did wake up feeling very tired and sluggish. My classes went by fairly quick and I couldn’t wait to get home.
My CrossFit class was set to start at 8 pm and would end at 9 pm. I didn’t want to go because I’m still very sore from the first class I took. I thought “if I quit now, I will keep quitting and giving up”. By the time I got to the class my attitude had completely changed. I felt full of energy and was ready to workout. There’s just something about the people and the atmosphere that make me excited to exercise. Today’s class was very challenging because it was focused a lot on arms. I hated every minute of it because I have NO upper body strength! My CrossFit teacher was very patient with me, and it made me comfortable. I can’t wait to see how this week goes.
