It's officially the end of week one!
I'm going to be honest here: I'm not off to a good start. Needless to say, it's been a difficult transition from my normal habits and what I'm trying to do now. Sometimes it's hard to persevere and maintain paths that you're not used to. Fingers crossed though, hopefully, next week I'll get everything on track. For the past week, I've been constantly reminding myself that this is actually benefiting myself, and not just fulfilling a task.
I've also been trying to make and refer to a sleep schedule and a meal plan. However, there's been many unexpected situations and events, interrupting my plans. What can I say? Life is unpredictable.
In addition to everything else, I've started a bullet journal. It’s probably the most effective way of capturing all my progress and experience. It’s fast, and I can personalize it any way I want. I’ve wanted to start a bullet journal for quite a while now, but for some reason, I’ve held on to it. This project gives me a great excuse to start and not give up on one. Not to brag or anything, but I think I'm doing very well so far. It's a new path for me!
Well, since this is only the first week, I don't have a lot of things to add. Hopefully, I can get all the specifications set in stone soon. Thanks for reading. See you next week! :)
