The first part’s focus (well the entire episode really) is mostly Ollie with a cameo by Robert. Ollie is slowly but surely falling apart and she confides in Donna just how bad things are. Scott and Danny decide to make money by selling flowers for the funeral and both Donna and Ollie are respectively disgusted by them making ‘a few quid.’ Mark reminds Ollie she’s doing the reading and what would it look like if she didn’t show, people will get suspicious, start asking questions then. Mark decides to go to the funeral. Andy changes focus to his shady dealings with Cain after the funeral. Danny follows a distraught Ollie but is turned away by Mark, they don’t need his help. The scene moves to the cemetery. Ollie runs off after throwing dirt on the coffin. Danny comes across a distraught Ollie. The teens worry about Ollie. Ollie can’t hold it in anymore and confides in Danny about that night.

Eve: What are we going to do about her?

Mark: We don’t need to do anything. The worst of it is over now. Look, I’ll talk to Ollie when she’s calmed down a bit. She’ll do what I tell her.

Robert: She better. Cause if she folds, she takes us with her.

It’s time for Strickland’s funeral. Ashley offers up a eulogy that has the female teens in tears. When it’s time for the reading, Ollie completely loses it and runs out. A very cool Eve takes over the reading.
