[9:25pm] It was your best friend Yuvin's idea to watch a horror movie together. Although at first you agreed to his proposition, you quickly realized that gory films weren't made for you. Every few minutes, you'd let out a scream, earning a laugh from the boy next to you.
"Stop laughing at me" You pouted. "I can't help it, you're too cute." He teased. You suddenly felt your cheeks turn an embarrassing shade of red. It's not often that Yuvin complimented you, but when he did, it always made the butterflies in your stomach flutter. Saying that you didn't have a crush on your best friend would be a lie, but let's be honest, who didn't have some kind of attraction to at least one of their friends? So you never really thought anything of it. Shaking your head to get rid of these thoughts, you tried to bring back your attention back to the movie.
Just as you were getting into the film, a jump scare popped up on the screen. This time, you were so scared that you bundled up next to Yuvin, hiding your face in the crook of his neck. Feeling a warm hand cupping your cheek, your looked up and your eyes locked with Yuvin's. You would've thought that he'd at least grin at your behavior. Instead, his expression only showed concern.
"Are you alright?" He softly asked. You didn't dare to speak, knowing that anything you'd say would come out as a stuttering mess. Yuvin's eyes started wandering across your face. For a few seconds, his gaze remained on your lips. You could practically hear you heartbeat pounding on your chest at this point. His orbs then returned to yours.
"Screw it, I can't wait any longer." Yuvin then leaned forward, making his lips collide with yours. It didn't take long for you to start kissing him back, his lips moving in sync with your own. Your hands made their way to his hair, gently tugging at its roots. The boy felt himself melt at your touch. The need for air quickly came, and you both separated. Leaning his forehead to yours, he sighed. "You have no idea for how long I've wanted to do that."
