I think it's interesting that they're touching on Bron's family lineage and the concept of privilege. Though there are people who have succeeded as next gen wrestlers (Charlotte, Cody, Randy, Dom, Colten and Austin Gunn, Marshall and Ross Von Erich, etc.), there are also many who have failed (Ted DiBiase Jr, Curtis Axel, Lacey Von Erich, Brock Anderson, David Flair, many others).
Next gen talent tend to have higher expectations of talent and work rate, less room for mistakes, and a higher threshold of criticism than their counterparts. A lot of these failures are because people cannot see them as individuals, almost wanting the new gen talent to be clones of their relatives, and when they emulate those things, are accused of riding the coattails of those same people. Bron is in an interesting spot where his ancestry is known, but he is seen more as an independent person and talent.
I don't think they're going to do anything more exploring this part of Bron, but it would be so cool to have a storyline where Bron is able to explore this part of himself, grappling with balancing honoring his Steiner legacy with carving his own path.
At this point, the Gunther "you tapped out" chants are basically like reminding a 40-year-old man that he pooped his pants when he was 6. WE GET IT.
