I keep thinking of Pam and Kevin sharing “ultra feast” in the episode where Pam goes into labor.. I kinda wish I had a Kevin, but apparently I don’t need one, because I’m ultra feasting all on my own. 😁
I ate breakfast today at 5:45am, which meant that I ate first lunch at 9:45am. I just ate pizza at 9:45am. Ah, pregnancy.
Luh taena. Sinong di maiinis? Di ako tinirhan ng ulam. HAHAHAHAHAHHA.
You suddenly popped up into my mind. How are you?
Also apparently that person blocked me so its like...why did u bother making and tagging me in that post w all those links to sources if u were gonna block me cuz now i can't access or read them -_-

I think I took several random occurrences as ‘a sign’ and I have absolutely no confidence that I’ve done the right thing.
at the same time this can’t go on
Ok so anyway it turns out that that op from 2 nights ago is from the north bay which makes their opinion on segregation in the country/rural areas make a bit more sense? Like I can totally imagine that there
But back to the Central Valley....in the country, when i think about it there's not even really economic segregation? (so i take back what i said on that in yesterday's post). The three big exceptions to racial/economic segregation in the Valley (outside of city limits--we all know there's lots of redlining and inequity within city limits) I can think of are Native American Rancherias and areas in the nearby foothills, like Chukchansi and Table Mountain, trailer parks, and the small apartment/shack-like multi-people housing farmers sometimes provide for seasonal farm workers. A fourth example might be the community of London, but like I said before I don't know much about the history of that community.
Otherwise, at least here in the Valley, housing in the country seems pretty scattered racially and economically. Like, there will be a giant new mansiony country house next door to a tiny trailerhouse. Or there will be an old rundown farmhouse with an empty field on one property and the next property has a vineyard and fancy farm equipment. And as far as I can tell, the racial scattering is of a similar degree. Like there is no specific area where its like "the rich white countryfolk live over here but less rich folk live over there".
Again this is all based on my own middle class white girl experience living here, if anyone has any counter examples or anything to add I'd be happy to hear it.
